Mister McHottie

Mister McHottie by Pippa Grant is romantic comedy. In this story we are introduced to Sia who works at a crunchy grocery store chain. As life would have it, the grocery store chain is bought out by some bigwig, who might just have been the one and the same teenage boy who took her virginity… in a wiener-mobile. Oh, and did I mention he left her to get arrested after their little rendezvous. It can be hard to separate your feelings of lust for the new boss and maintain your professional demeanor if you slip up on that lust a little bit.
I really liked this book. I absolutely binge read this book. It reminded me of the trashy Harlequin romance novels of my youth, in the absolute best possible way! It had big stupid (sexy) athletes, a billionaire, shenanigans, and a girl “boy” band. It was the epitome of a Rom Com. I don’t know what else to say about this book, it was just good. It was a feel good book, classic romance. Sometimes you just have to know what you want in life and it may not be quality brain teasing, academy award winning material but that doesn’t make it any less. You should definitely read it.
